The scenario
A hospitality group repositioning its brand wants one signature fragrance across its properties — present in lobbies, corridors, and guest rooms — plus a retail version sold in hotel gift shops and online. Challenges we help address
Unified scent identity across properties. One signature fragrance, with the flexibility to develop lighter or warmer variants for different locations, all from the same base to keep production efficient.
Staggered delivery. Where properties are renovated or opened in phases, production can be split into scheduled monthly batches and shipped to multiple regional warehouses, timed to each location — so you are not storing a full annual volume in one place.
Dual SKU strategy. A hotel format and a retail format (different sizes and packaging treatments) can share the same fragrance concentrate, differing in dilution ratio and vessel, to keep the programme efficient.
EU compliance. Reed diffusers containing fragrance oils above certain concentrations require CLP labelling (for example eye irritation, aquatic toxicity, and flammable-liquid classifications depending on the solvent base). We prepare the classification, label artwork, and supporting documentation for your legal or retail team.

- Custom fragrance development. Our perfumer develops signature scents to your brand mood board, with revision rounds and optional regional variants.
- Dual-SKU engineering. Hotel and retail formats (for example 200 ml and 150 ml) with matching or distinct packaging treatments, from the same fragrance base.
- CLP compliance. Classification under CLP Regulation (EC) 1272/2008, label artwork with the required pictograms, signal word, and precautionary statements, plus supporting documentation. REACH/CLP documentation and safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS) for our reed diffuser products, along with transport and shipping classification reports, are available and can be downloaded from our compliance documents page.
- Staggered production & logistics. Monthly batches aligned to your schedule, each QC-inspected (AQL) and shipped DDP to your chosen warehouses, with safety stock to absorb schedule shifts.
