What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at 500 units for private-label runs, with some stock formats available from 200 units. MOQs scale with customization — talk to us about your volume.
What are your typical lead times?
Sampling takes 7–10 business days. Production lead time is usually 20–30 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size and packaging.
Do you offer OEM services?
Yes. We develop the formula, fragrance profile, packaging and compliance documents from your brief, and manufacture under your brand.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM builds to your specification; ODM uses our existing formulations and designs that you brand as your own. Both support low MOQs.
Can you do private label?
Absolutely. We provide private-label packaging, printing and labelling so the product ships retail-ready under your brand.
Which countries do you ship to?
We export worldwide — North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Asia — via air or sea freight with full documentation.
What are your payment terms?
Typically 30% deposit to start production and 70% before shipment. Established clients may qualify for milestone-based terms.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes. We ship physical samples within 7–10 business days so you can evaluate scent, quality and packaging before committing.
What certificates do you provide?
We supply ISO 9001, ISO 22716, MSDS, IFRA, REACH and FDA documentation as required for your market.
