Luxury OEM Fragrance Capability for Middle Eastern Hospitality Brands

How Aromiso supports bespoke OEM fragrance collections — custom scent development, multi-format ranges, Arabic calligraphy packaging, alcohol-free formulations, and Halal certification support. An illustrative capability scenario, not a completed customer project.

Luxury OEM Fragrance Capability for Middle Eastern Hospitality Brands

Capability scenario. This page describes what Aromiso can build for bespoke OEM fragrance programmes. It is an illustrative example of our OEM/ODM capabilities and typical specifications — not a record of a completed customer transaction or a specific client’s results.

The scenario

A luxury hospitality brand wants a signature fragrance collection that serves multiple purposes: scenting its properties (B2B amenity), selling in its lobby boutiques (B2C retail), and gifting to VIP guests. Brands coming from European fragrance houses often find the MOQs and lead times prohibitive and look for an OEM partner who can deliver high-quality perfumery with efficient Asian manufacturing. This is the kind of programme our OEM/ODM service supports.

Challenges we help address

Bespoke scent, not catalogue. We develop a scent from scratch around your brief, with a dedicated perfumer, iteration rounds, and sourcing of specialty raw materials.

Alcohol-free and Halal requirements. For regional positioning we can formulate oil-based or water-based, alcohol-free products and support Halal certification through an accredited certification body, with raw materials traced to Halal-audited supply chains. (Halal certification is arranged with a third-party body on request; it is not a certification Aromiso itself holds.)

Arabic calligraphy packaging. Packaging with hand-drawn Arabic calligraphy and geometric patterns can be reproduced across multiple box sizes and print methods, reviewed by a native Arabic-speaking QC specialist for calligraphic accuracy, diacritical marks, and text direction.

Multiple product formats. A single collection can span several formats — perfume oil (roll-on), reed diffuser, room spray, scented candle, and concentrated bakhoor oil — each with its own formulation, packaging structure, and regulatory requirements.

What we can do

  • Scent development. Our perfumer creates accords to your brief, evaluated in iterative sessions, including alcohol-free oil-based formulations for longevity.
  • Halal & compliance support. Halal certification can be arranged with an ESMA-recognized or equivalent accredited body on request; SDS and IFRA documentation are provided, and REACH/CLP documentation is available where applicable. Real safety and transport documents can be downloaded from our compliance documents page.
  • Packaging engineering. Multiple rigid-box structures with foil, emboss, and UV finishes; silk-lined interiors; bilingual (Arabic/English) labelling reviewed by a native-speaking specialist.
  • Production & assembly. Staggered multi-line production, inline foil-registration checks, and 100% visual inspection at final assembly.
  • Shipping. CIF or DDP terms, including temperature-controlled containers for heat-sensitive absolutes, with customs documentation support.

What this means for you

The Middle Eastern luxury fragrance market is growing, and hospitality brands increasingly use scent as a differentiator. But the bar for quality — in both the fragrance and the packaging — is exceptionally high: a single Arabic text error or a hint of ethanol in an alcohol-free product can damage a brand’s reputation. Working with an OEM partner who understands both the perfumery craft and the cultural requirements is the minimum entry condition for this market. Share your brief, target formats, and destination market and we will prepare a proposal with MOQ, lead time, and the certification and documentation we can arrange.
